Four thousand roofs a year is not a crew working faster. It is crew depth, material coordination, and the ability to absorb a phase release without renegotiating the schedule. The hundredth roof in a community has to match the first one — same details, same flashing, same standard — because the buyer walking the model does not know which house they are getting.
We schedule the way you schedule
Cycle time is the number builders manage trades on, and it is the number we manage ourselves on. Dry-in when the framing is ready, not three days later. Roof finals that do not hold up the next trade. If a release moves, we move with it rather than sending it back to purchasing.
Turnkey means one call
One contract, one schedule, one company accountable for the roof. Material, labor, coordination, punch, and warranty sit with us. You are not managing a supply relationship and a labor relationship and refereeing between them when something arrives short.
Documented as we go
Every phase is photographed and the completion record goes to the builder automatically — not assembled later when someone asks. A share of completed roofs also receives third-party inspection. When a homeowner raises a question in year three, the answer is on file rather than a matter of recollection.
Punch and roof finals
This is the stage where builders actually get hurt — a community that is functionally complete but cannot close because a punch list is open. A&W runs a standing warranty and service team, decades after the founder was answering those calls himself.
